video 2) LIVING IN THE END STOP WAITING FOR YOUR LIFE TO CHANGE

How long are you going to keep waiting for your life to change?

Five years? Ten years? Another twenty?

How many mornings have you opened your eyes and remembered everything that's wrong before your feet even touched the floor?

The bills. The disappointments. The people who walked away. The opportunities that never came.

And before the day begins, you've already decided it's going to look just like yesterday.

But WHO TOLD YOU YESTERDAY HAS THE RIGHT TO DECIDE YOUR TOMORROW?

Today we're talking about Neville Goddard's teaching, LIVING IN THE END. Not wishing for a better life. Not hoping somebody comes to rescue you. Neville was talking about something far more radical: experiencing yourself, in imagination, as the person whose desire has ALREADY been fulfilled.

Neville taught that the state you occupy inwardly matters. Most of us have been trained to wait for outside evidence before we feel anything different. When the money comes, then I'll relax. When I get the job, then I'll feel successful. When somebody finally loves me, then I'll feel worthy.

Neville turned that around. He taught: assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Not the feeling of almost getting it. Not the feeling of begging for it. THE FEELING OF ALREADY HAVING IT.

Here's a distinction you must understand. Thinking OF a desire means looking at it from the outside. You're standing here, and what you want is over there. You're still the person who doesn't have it. Thinking FROM the fulfilled desire means you have entered the experience. You're no longer imagining yourself chasing the result. You're imagining what life is like AFTER it has happened.

Suppose you've been fighting to keep a roof over your head. Every month you choose which bill can wait. You know what it's like to open a refrigerator and wonder what you'll eat tomorrow. You know the fear. You don't need anybody to explain that to you.

Now sit down somewhere quiet. Imagine a moment that could happen AFTER you became financially secure. You're at your kitchen table. The rent is paid. The groceries are there. You look at your account and there's enough. Your phone rings. Someone you love asks, 'How are things going?' And you hear yourself answer, 'Things are going great. I'm finally financially secure. Everything is taken care of.'

Don't watch yourself like you're in a movie. Look through your own eyes. Hear that person's voice. Feel the chair. Hear yourself speak. Notice the relief. The ordinary quiet of not having to panic. THAT is the end. Not the struggle to reach it. The experience of already being there.

Why did Neville believe this mattered so much? Because his teaching went far beyond positive thinking. He believed imagination was the creative power of God in humanity, and that consciousness was the fundamental reality. In his book The Power of Awareness, he wrote: 'An assumption, though false, if persisted in will harden into fact.'

Think about what he meant. Your present circumstances might say one thing. But Neville taught that you could occupy a different state within yourself, persist in it, and eventually experience its expression in your world. That is Neville's spiritual conviction; it is not a scientific guarantee that every imagined event must happen.

There is also something ordinary experience can teach us. You can imagine a disaster that hasn't happened, and your heart starts racing. Your body responds to the scene you're carrying in your mind. So imagination is not always some distant, lifeless picture. It can be felt. It can influence your attention, your choices, and how you carry yourself. Neville made a stronger claim: that imagination is creative at the deepest level of reality. We should understand his claim clearly, without pretending it has been scientifically proved.

Now another thing: when Neville spoke of FEELING, he wasn't demanding that you jump up and down shouting with excitement. Think about something you already own. You don't celebrate it every five minutes. You accept that it's yours. It feels NATURAL.

That's what we are practicing. The quiet relief. The sense of completion. The simple inward recognition: this is my life now.

Let's say you want a job that gives you stability and dignity. Don't spend the whole exercise imagining yourself filling out applications. Imagine the day AFTER you got hired. Somebody shakes your hand and says, 'Congratulations. You got the position.' Hear them. Feel that handshake. Hear yourself say, 'Thank you. I'm glad to be here.' Let that moment be real to you for a few seconds. You're thinking FROM the result, not OF the result.

And I need you to understand something else, because people can turn spiritual practice into another weapon against themselves.

You are going to have difficult mornings. The bills may still be on the table. Somebody may upset you. You may catch yourself worrying again. And suddenly you think, 'I lost the feeling. I ruined it. Now I have to start over.'

SO WHAT? You fell out of the state. YOU DIDN'T LOSE EVERYTHING.

When you notice you've returned to the old story, return to the fulfilled scene. Hear the congratulations again. Feel that relief again. Don't spend the rest of the day punishing yourself for one fearful thought. Neville emphasized persistence in the assumption. Persistence isn't pretending you never struggle. It's returning to the state you've chosen.

Fall out today? Return. Fall out tomorrow? Return again. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT. YOU HAVE TO RETURN. And no, that does not mean ignoring bills, refusing help, or abandoning practical decisions. It means your fear doesn't have to be the only place you live inwardly.

Now we come to a teaching people often overlook: THE BRIDGE OF INCIDENTS.

Neville believed that after a person assumed the end, events could unfold in a sequence that led to the desire's realization. The person might only recognize that sequence by looking backward. He called it the Bridge of Incidents.

Picture somebody who wants to build a business. In imagination, they experience themselves already serving customers. They hear a customer say, 'Your work really helped me.' They feel the satisfaction of being established. Then they go about their day.

Later, they have a conversation they didn't expect. Someone mentions an opening. They meet a person who knows the industry. They learn a skill. They make a decision. One event leads to another, and eventually they can look back and see a path they couldn't have planned in advance.

Neville interpreted such a sequence as the bridge between the assumed end and its realization. His point was not that you should sit motionless and reject opportunities. It was that you don't need to mentally control every single step before you dare to assume a different future.

YOU OCCUPY THE END. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WRITE THE ENTIRE JOURNEY.

Use your judgment. Take responsible action. Don't label every setback a miracle in disguise. But don't let not knowing HOW become the reason you refuse to imagine something greater.

And let me speak to somebody who has lived through years of rejection, poverty, abuse, or addiction. When you've carried a painful story for decades, the old state can feel like your name. You wake up expecting the worst because the worst is familiar.

Neville's challenge was to stop confusing the state you're experiencing with everything you are. You may have been through hell. But you don't have to spend the rest of your life mentally introducing yourself as the person who will never escape it.

This teaching doesn't erase what happened to you. It doesn't make suffering your fault. It invites you to practice a different experience of yourself, starting where you are.

HEALING LAMP ACTIVATION — ENTER THE END

If you're in a safe, comfortable place, close your eyes. If you're driving or need to stay alert, return to this exercise later.

Take a long, deep breath.

Release it slowly.

Choose ONE desire. Not ten. One thing that would make a meaningful difference in your life.

Now imagine that it has already happened. You're not applying for it, asking for it, or waiting for it. In this scene, it is ALREADY DONE.

Choose a short moment that could only happen after the result. Someone congratulates you. Or you're sitting in your new home. Or you're telling someone close to you that the struggle is over.

Enter the scene through your own eyes. Hear their voice. Feel where you're sitting or standing. Hear the words: 'Congratulations. You finally did it.'

Now hear yourself answer: 'Thank you. It feels good to know it's taken care of.'

Let the relief become natural. You don't have to force excitement. Stay with the simple feeling of completion.

Repeat the scene once more. Hear it. Feel it. Be there.

Take another deep breath. And as you release it, say:

IT IS DONE.

IT IS FINISHED.

These are our words to close the exercise. You've completed the imaginal scene. You can return to it whenever you choose.

Tonight, before you fall asleep, try it again. Don't spend the whole night rehearsing every disappointment. Choose a brief scene that implies your desire is fulfilled. Enter it. Feel its naturalness. And let yourself rest.
